Service Description:

pick-up/ receive product from customer/ suppliers
pack products, generate packing lists and invoice
book and arrange flight from Chiang Mai/ Bangkok to desired destination
book and arrange inland/domestic trucking if flight originates from Bangkok
prepare shipping and custom clearance documents
courier shipping documents to destination

Charges for logistics services are comprised of the following:

iv) FOB Charges

Costs per kilogram - Volumetric weight (Variable)
Chiang Mai to Bangkok Air/Truck charges
Costs per each Shipment (Fixed)
Airway Bill
Form A - Certificate of Origin
Customs Clearance Charges
Express Courier Charges

v) Packing Fees

Charged per cubic metre and is dependant on type of packaging required and fragility of goods.

vi) Air Freight

Destination and carrier specific.

Other Possible Charges:
5. Product pick-up/ delivery fees outside of Chiang Mai Province
6. Fine Art is subject to additional charges and licenses, and requires a minimum of 2 weeks to process
7. Export License (if applicable)
8. Fumigation Charge (if requested)
