Service Description:

pick-up/ receive product from customer/ suppliers
pack products, generate packing lists and invoice
book and arrange vessel from Port to desired destination
book and arrange inland/domestic trucking
prepare shipping and custom clearance documents in Chiang Mai
loading and fumigation
courier shipping documents to destination

Charges for logistics services are comprised of the following:

i) FOB Charges

Costs per cubic metre
Chiang Mai to Port Inland/ Domestic Transportation
Terminal & Port Handling Charges

Costs per each Shipment (Fixed)
Bill of Lading
Form A - Certificate of Origin
Customs Clearance Charges
Express Courier Charges

ii) Packing Fees

Charged per cubic metre and is dependant on type of packaging required and fragility of goods.

iii) Ocean Freight

Other Possible Charges:
1. Product pick-up/ delivery fees outside of Chiang Mai Province
2. Fine Art is subject to additional charges and licenses, and requires a minimum of 2 weeks to process
3. Export License (if applicable)
4. Local Delivery charges within USA and Canada from our Baltimore and/or Toronto warehouse
